This position will support the mission and ministries of the church–membership, clergy, and staff–by managing office activities and ensuring it operates efficiently.

Information About the Job:

• Part-time, 30 hours per week M-F

• Two weeks paid vacation per year

• Salaried position ranging from $32,000-$35,000 commensurate with experience

• No insurance benefits available

• Pension plan available after six months

 

Minimum Requirements:  

• High school diploma although an Associate's degree is preferred

• At least three (3) years’ experience in administrative/office experience

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, email management, website, and social media)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

This part-time position currently includes leadership of one adult SATB choir, one adult handbell choir, and children's choir(s).

• Earned degree in music

• Three years of relevant experience
