About the Role
Shift Time: Saturday, 5am-12pm
Volunteers on this crew sort through the chopped pork to remove pieces of bone and gristle, then mix the meat with BBQ sauce. The crew stays in contact with the Bulk Meat Packaging crew to provide un-sauced meat when requested. The finished product is then supplied to the Meat Packaging Crew, the carry-out meal line or the buffet.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping are all part of this job.
