About the Role
Shift Time: Friday, 6pm-11pm
Volunteers on this crew cook the rice for the BBQ. Cooking begins at 6pm on Friday and finishes by 11pm. The cooked rice is then stored on the kitchen counter under insulated blankets until needed. Before leaving, the crew thoroughly cleans all their equipment for use by the Hash Crew the next morning.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping are all part of this job.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
