About the Role
Shift Time: Friday-Saturday
Volunteers on this crew prepare the racks of ribs to be placed on the chicken pit as the chickens are finishing up. Following cooking, the ribs are sauced, placed in foil lined bags and delivered to the Order Fulfillment Station.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, loading and unloading are all part of this job.
This job also requires you to be around smoke and extreme temperatures.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
