About the Role
Shift Time: Saturday, 10am-2pm
Volunteers on this crew clean and straighten up the upper parking lot area following the BBQ. The folks who've worked all night cooking and processing the meat are tired by this time and need all the help they can get to clean up. Boy Scouts help in this effort.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, loading and unloading are all part of this job.
This job also requires you to be around smoke.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
