About the Role
Shift Time: Friday, 1pm-4pm
Volunteers on this crew grind the cooked picnic hams and beef chuck that will be used to make the hash. The ground meats are kept separate and placed in the warming trailer for use by the Hash Preparation Crew on Saturday morning.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping are all part of this job.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
