About the Role
Shift Time: Saturday, 4:30am-12pm
Volunteers on this crew cook the hash for the BBQ using the meat prepared by the Meat Grinding Crew. The cooked hash is then delivered to the Hash Packing Crew for packaging in pint containers or for use on the carry-out or buffet lines.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping are all part of this job.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
