About the Role
Shift Time: Saturday, 4am-8am
Volunteers on this crew remove the cooked pork from the bone and chop it into small pieces so it can be used in making the hash. The chopped meat is then stored in the warming trailer until needed.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping are all part of this job.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
