About the Role
Shift Time: Friday, 10am-Saturday, 6am
Volunteers on this crew set fire to the chicken pit around 11am on Friday, prepare the chicken halves to be cooked, and place them on the pit around 10pm Friday. The cooked chicken halves are then placed in the warming trailer until needed.
Requirements
Good stamina is needed to fulfill this role.
Being able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, loading and unloading are all part of this job.
This job also requires you to be around smoke and extreme temperatures.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
