Fees

 
FEES for 2012
 
1. Tuition is a yearly amount. You have several options of paying. If you choose the payment plan you will pay the same amount each month, regardless of the number of days in the month.  
2. Tuition is due the 1st day of each month. The first payment is due with Activity Fees in August.
3. Registration Fees are due at time of registration to confirm enrollment.
4. If a child is withdrawn, parents are responsible for all monthly fees until 2 weeks written notice of withdrawal is given to the office.

Other Fees:

Activity Fees:  are required depending upon age group.  This information is given to you before school starts. 

Late Payment: If you are on the payment plan your payment is due on the 1st  day of each month.    If the 1st is on a holiday or weekend, make sure your payment is in the office during office hours before the 1st to avoid late payment fees. 

A.  After the 5th of each month if tuition has not been paid a $25 late fee will be added per student.  
B.  After the 10th of each month if tuition has not been paid a $40 late fee will be added per student.
If fees become more than 45 days past due, the student will not be permitted to return to school until all fees are paid. 

Late Pick Up:  $5 if child is taken to office.  At 12:20, $1 for each additional minute will be charged.  The initial late fee will increase to $10 for the 2nd offense and $20 for the 3rd offense.  The additional fee will still be charged at 12:20.  On Mondays for Lunch Bunch and the One day Twos a $5 late charge will be charged if child is not picked up by 1:05.  At 1:10, if your child is not picked up you will be charged $2 per minute until you pick up your child.   If late pick up from Lunch Bunch becomes a problem you may forfeit the privilege of using this program. 

Returned Check Fee: $20 - After 2nd incident of a returned check all fees must be paid in cash. 

**Receipts:  Anyone needing a monthly or yearly tax receipt must allow the office three business days to complete.
